Plucked by hand in the summer of 2024 at 1,800 meters above sea level, this white tea was processed using traditional methods lead by the weather conditions of late June.
 
Silky, full-bodied, very complex in vegetable and floral aromas.
It has a very good aging potential.
 
This tea comes from Iris' family garden located near the town of Lishan (see map at the bottom of the page). We can attest to how well cared for these plants are and the agricultural method, the family uses natural fertilizers.
