Wulong or 青茶 Ching cha, is a semi-oxidized tea ranging from light to heavy oxidation.
We selected Lishan wulong tea and organic jasmine flowers for this tea.
How did we make this blend?
Blend wulong and jasmine flowers in a large tray and transfer to a second tray, repeating over and over until tea and flowers are evenly mixed.
Leave it in the bag for a few days and then roast it slightly.
It is a naturally aromatic jasmin wulong thanks to the balanced work of tea and flowers and of their quality. At nose is the clear jasmine with the gentle wulong behind. As is a natural jasmin wulong, like a wulong that contains different layers of aroma, it is creamy and abundant. At the end has the persistent yet perfect match of tea and jasmin lingering for long.
