Its porcelain-like material is ideal for preparing any of the 6 varieties of tea, being especially suitable for low-oxidation teas such as high mountain Wulongs, white and green teas.
 
As its name suggests, this Gaiwan is made from typical porcelain materials to which at least 30% bone ash is added. This gives it some distinctive characteristics such as: transparency, high resistance and distinctive whiteness.
